Jared picked Kenna up this evening. He said she has really grown. She didn't know Luke was with him and when she saw him she tackled him she was so excited! They are having a lot of fun and they spent some time at the pool. I'll post more pictures when Jared gets them to me!

The guys are having fun. Here are a few pictures from today that Jared sent me. I will update more on them later tonight!

Luke has been asking for cowboy boots for a long time. His Dad found a store with all kinds of cowboy things. Here he is decked out in his cowboy duds. He looks really cute!! It's just a little weird!

My crazy week!

Life at the Blackman's zoo never gets boring. This week Jared, Luke and Papa Jerry left on Tuesday to go to Texas. Jared has some child support issues to work out and Kenna was mad when she heard that she wasn't going to see her brothers. Luke was also pretty mad he couldn't go see where she lives. So, Jared decided to take Luke with him. I will update on what they have been doing later.
My week has been interesting. Being home with two little ones under the age of two can be interesting. They miss their Dad and have been really ornery!!

The best thing to do is destroy what you can while Mom is cooking. Here they got the clean laundry out and tipped the recliner over and were climbing on it. I have no idea how they got the recliner tipped over, but they were enjoying themselves. I couldn't get them off of it to tip it back over.

I agreed to babysit on Wednesday. Natalie is such a good baby. Her and Nathan had a lot of fun playing together.

We just found out that Britni and Brad are expecting their second child. She is about 8 weeks and will be due on May 3rd!! Congrats guys!! We can't wait for all the babies!

I changed the polls...

Hi everyone!!

I've finally decided to change the polls for babies names. I was hoping to come up with another name to choose from, but after several weeks, I've come up with nothing. I have decided to let you choose a first name and middle name.

On the other poll Jacob and Jonathan were tied with 37 votes.

Katie asked me awhile back to post a picture of how big I am. I hate having my picture taken, especially when I am pregnant... but for her I decided to post one. Here I am at 23 weeks.

Miss Kitty had to have a hair cut. Jared thinks Matthew might be allergic to her, so I decided to try to shave her and see if he does any better. She looks really funny and a little like a pig. I think we should have named her Miss Piggy!

Jared bought me a new program for editing my pictures. I haven't had a lot of time to play with it or read the book on how it works, but played a little with this picture.

I want to say Congrats to my cousin Amber and her husband James on the arrival of their daughter, Starlilly JoMarie. I will try to get a picture to post. She is a cutie!!!

Random stuff...

The Blackman's have been busy lately! Nathan had a doctor's checkup on Thursday. He is growing and doing all the things he is suppose to. He is basically walking. He just prefers to crawl. I think if he spent more time trying to walk he would be better. He has taken to throwing fits when he doesn't get to do what the other two boys are doing. That isn't fun for Mom!

Matthew is changing constantly. He has started to talk and repeat what we say. I have been worried about his delay in talking and have talked to the pediatrician about it at every appointment. They have all told me to give him time. I guess that is exactly what he needed. We have to listen carefully, but usually we can figure out what he is trying to tell us. He is also growing SO fast. I bought him an outfit two weeks ago and he wore it once and it doesn't fit anymore.

Nathan also likes to crawl under everything. He gets underneath beds, our hutch, and tries to crawl under the dressers. His head usually has red marks all over. He hasn't figured out that he can't stand up in tight spots!!

He also likes the taste of his own foot. He gets that from his Dad!! =)

Luke can usually talk Matthew into anything. I have no idea how he got him to push him on the John Deere thing!

Luke has been tired when he gets home from school. I found him sneaking in a quick nap several times in the last few weeks!! He loves school and it seems like he grew up over night! He was also excited that Awana has started again!

Nathan's party!!

We threw Nathan's first birthday party yesterday! First Birthday's are a big thing at the Blackman's house. We like to celebrate in a big way! We had a barbecue for Nathan last night and had family and friends over. Nathan felt very special and I think everyone had fun. Thank you everyone for coming and thank you for all the gifts!
